So iPandacakes showed me this base and said she could see Nova and my version of Twilight in it and I saw it too.
Right away and fell in love and fled to SAI to doll them in it and I love how it turned out! <3 This base is just adorable.

Seeing as they barely get to spend much time together as mother and daughter due to their duties they treasure each moment like this they get
Even if it is just laying down and reading a old book like they did all the time when Nova was a young filly.

I edited my design of older Princess Twilight due to they showed what her mane and tail look like when she is at full power during the Season 4 finale
I also actually freehanded this whole thing. Didn't use the SAI curve tool at all for the manes. Another reason why I love my tablet and pen pressure
